Check In: 4pm, Check Out: 11am: Sleeps 2 people This funky, yet cozy little Kabin has 2 bunk beds, comfy linens, blankets, pillows and electricity. And, the BEST part is, you can spend the day and night with several sweet kitties, who love attention and will keep you entertained. The Itty Bitty Kitty Kabin is a private getaway that boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding Smoky Mountains and, of course, the llamas grazing in the pasture. Sit on the deck with your coffee or wine and gaze at our incredible sunrises and sunsets or enjoy the swing! Also, mingle, pet and feed the llamas up close! Sorry, no dogs or children under 7-years are allowed on the farm. The Itty Bitty Kitty Kabin has a private, enclosed outhouse bathroom with a non-flushing camp toilet (disposable plastic bag liners) and sink with running water (there is no shower). THE ITTY BITTY KITTY KABIN POLICIES: 1. $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: We hold a deposit of $100 until after you check-out. You will be refunded after an acceptable inspection after checkout. Unacceptable inspections may include anything broken, stolen, ripped, damaged, burned, human waste left in toilet (not in bags), toilet paper on the ground, mis-use of bathroom rules, excessive filth inside or outside the kabin, damaged driveway, fencing, on-site structures and/or other issues. 2. Since this is a "Glamping Style" kabin and outhouse, you might see insects and/or woodland critters such as: possums, raccoons, snakes, deer, coyotes, bats, bears, etc. We can't refund you because you are frightened of them. It is to be expected in a glamping, wooded mountain setting.

Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS: 1. All ticket sales are final. Payments will be refunded in full if the management of The Wandering Llamas finds it necessary to cancel your scheduled trek. This would only happen due to severe weather conditions or an unexpected, disruptive event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, such as COVID, etc. 2. NO REFUNDS if you cancel for any reason within 30 days of the reservation date. 3. NO REFUNDS if you or anyone in your party are more than 15 min late (from the start time) for your scheduled trek. We feel, out of courtesy, it is not fair for other hikers to wait more than 15 min for lost or late hikers. 4. NO REFUNDS for no-shows, late or lost hikers.
